Currently the sql Streaming Expression only works with the Solr /sql handler.
This ticket will define a more generic HTTP interface which the sql Streaming
Expression can operate over. The sql Streaming Expression will be able to
switch between the /sql handler syntax and the more generic HTTP interface.
