This was happening because of responseHeader not being initialized. It appeared
only logs as no exception is thrown from DocExpirationUpdateProcessorFactory.
This is due to make sure ScheduledExecutor executes subsequent executions.
Also, this is reason why it wasn't caught in tests but appeared in logs.
With this fix, there won't be any more above exception logs. I don't know how
to validate this through test
