I attached a patch that introduce the {{ZkController.preClose()}} which is
called on start of CC.shutdown() this include
* removeEphemeralLiveNode
* publishNodeAsDown
* ZkCollectionTerms::close
* ReplicateFromLeader::stopReplication
* close electionContexts
