Hi [~Tomoko Uchida],
there was a RAT error during precommit task, because a license header was
missing on the patch file.
In a first try i just disabled the license checks for the patches folder - but
i found out that the patch tool ignores anything before the +++/--- lines of
the patch. So I just added a ASF2 license header above the patch and reverted
my first commit.
As the file was patched by you and (the Lucene committers), the patch itsself
is licensed by ASF2 license.
