At the moment it is not possible (?) to construct AutomatonQuery with RunAutomaton. Would it make sense to add this possibility? Is it doable at all?
I have to keep a collection of RunAtomaton-s for other purposes (after search feature extraction) and it would be handy to feed them directly to AutomatonQuery. I could as well keep cached AutomatonQuery objects (Field name does not change), but then I would need to get (Run)Automaton from the Query...
