Branch_7_7 is also scheduled for release right after 8.1, and all commits must
be planned in the "Lucene/Solr 7.7.2" thread on dev@
[~dnhatn], please revert the branch_7_7 commit as well, I don't like to
introduce new code to branch_7_7 which has not baked successfully for several
days in master.
PS: Regarding your branch_7x commit, there will not be a 7.8 release so no need
to commit to that branch.
