Looking into this a bit more. The SOLR-13510 fix was committed in evening June
4 to master, branch_8x and branch_8_1.
Here are Jenkins failure stats for the three branches:
* master:

(100% pass last 5 builds)
* 8x:

* 8_1:

(4/5 pass last 5 builds)
The *branch_8_1* job was green until SOLR-13510 was committed, and then it
failed once. After that the 8_1 Jenkins has been disabled on Apache servers.
On Policeman Jenkins the 8.1 jobs still run, and there we consistently get
fails for these two tests after the SOLR-13510, the first build failing is
[https://jenkins.thetaphi.de/view/Lucene-Solr/job/Lucene-Solr-8.1-Linux/385/]
So I think I can safely remove the annotations from *master* and *branch_8x*
again. [~caomanhdat] do you have a clue as to why Policeman Jenkins fail on
these tests only on the 8_1 branch after you commit? Are there any differences
here?
