Sorry for the delay here - if you get an acknowledgement of receipt then I
believe you are OK to move forward with committing. I believe the CCLA is just
like the ICLA in that it mostly just needs to be received, and since there
aren't user permissions to update in the case of a software grant like this,
there isn't anything that has to be done after the ASF has the agreement in
hand.
