The meeting concluded with many in attendance.  Email/Slack me directly for
the video recording.  I updated the meeting agenda to include some bits of
what we discussed.  My notes were terrible so I didn't add much.  Next time
I might do a live edit during the meeting -- a practice I see where I work
that seems effective.  I crossed out items that we did *not* discuss (due
to time).  At the next meeting, we should start with those.

I was going to suggest another committer meeting in about a month, so ~ 4
weeks from today's meeting, same time.  I think the time works well across
time zones as good/bad as can be expected.  But 4 weeks from today is
Activate.  The week after is ApacheCon.  So what about in only 3 weeks --
the 17th?  Or say 6 weeks out -- October 8th?  I'm up for anything.
