The documentation push was fine, but svnpubsub just didn’t pick it up for some reason. I added whitespace to Changes.html and pushed to svn again, and that triggered the svnpubsub build. I’ve opened https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-28068 to report the problem.
