Requesting review for https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/16811 which is a small change to make exhaustive KNN scans >8x faster in my testing.
I have some follow up work I'd like to merge to improve the HNSW visited node estimate to include `maxConn` and filter selectivity, but this relies on a performant implementation of exact search. Thanks, Evan
