I re-ran Policeman Jenkins and checked the Changes Log and documentation
webpage. The first one succeeded with Java 21, 22,....25 and 26. Java 27
wasn't tested, because the Gradle Wrapper Skript of Lucene 10.x rejects
to run on Java 27 (see
https://github.com/apache/lucene/blob/4ae946e5a9b99d1e22c23865c99e561b8dcc9d71/gradlew#L241),
which is IMHO not correct, as Gradle 9.8 supports Java 27 (see
https://docs.gradle.org/current/userguide/compatibility.html).

There is one bug in the documnetation: On the homepage's documentation,
the link to fileformats is wrong as there was a copy-paste error. The
link has quotes in it around the codec name so leads to file not found
error. I think the problem here is a wrong regex that gets the latest
codec version from source files. I will open issue to fix this. I have
no idea why the python link checker scripts did not catch this!
So from my perspective: There are 2 minor bugs (Java version boundaries
for running Gradle and a bug in the documentation), so theres nothing
against releasing this as the result is functionally fine.
+1 to Release! -- But if we respin fix both bugs and also the shared
arena one mentioned before: https://github.com/apache/lucene/pull/16931
