Hello, I was wondering what the process is for getting patches committed.
For example: SOLR-1499 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-1499>, SOLR-2549, <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-2549> and SOLR-2382<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SOLR-2382>would all make for a great commit overall. As I'm sure many others will too, I'm biased obviously :) What is that they lack process-wise to make it in? Thanks! - Pulkit
