Document QueryParser's boolean precedence ignorance

Please add to the JavaDocs that the QueryParser does not handle boolean
preference with AND/OR. This confuses developers in the way the understand
boolean terms with AND. As mentioned by [Uwe

This issue is connected with LUCENE-3674.
