EnhancementsPayloadIterator has an internal list of category enhancemnets, and
in getCategoryData(CategoryEnhancement) there is a lookup of the given
CategoryEnhancement in the list. In order to make sure this lookup works,
CategoryEnhancement must override Object.equals(Object).
