CheckIndex working within a specified commit point

It would be useful to make CheckIndex commit point aware in order to check a
specified commit point.
It's required also for SOLR-566, where we're trying to create a new
CheckIndexHandler, which needs to save a commit point before start checking and
then check that specific commit point.
