Explicitly, based on some informal feedback and my thoughts:
1. Changed color of Solr download button to orange.
2. On the main page, put small gray text indicating what each download button
points to (lucene/solr)
3. Added new redirects so that Download buttons now points to the latest
release explicitly (3.5)
