David, will use the 2-space-rule from now on and replace the existing code,
preparing a patch for it. regarding the indentation: i'll see what is possible

Ryan, mainly performance yes .. but additionally it resolves the css-import
statements which are (afaik) not completely supported on all internet explorer
versions. if performance does not matter, we could solve that through a real
{{<link href="file.css" />}} for each needed stylesheet. for the js-part, the
current loading is fine and do not need a replacement.
