FYI, on {{lucene.zones.apache.org}}, where all of the Lucene/Solr Jenkins jobs
run, {{/home/hudson/.m2/settings.xml}} does not exist (Jenkins jobs run under
the {{hudson}} user account), so we can't depend on pre-existing Jenkins
credentials.
