Lets keep our heads cool here. To be clear, *Steven* wants to help and is
doing what he can. We need to figure a way to help within the limits of the
lucene community. Previous discussion in this thread should give you a sense
of the animosity towards maven -- the question is how to move forward within
these limits.
The obvious best solution is to point to an official commons-csv release.
Short of that, we need to make sure we don't make the problem worse; We can do
that by releasing 3.6 pointing to the 3.5 solr-commons-csv package.
