On the theory that there's an import somewhere or a class reference, I grepped for ucar thredd nj22 jcip
All of the rather unique partial paths I got from a 'jar -tfv netcdf-4.2-min.jar' and found no references at all to any of the above. Not sure that's conclusive, but it sure is suggestive. Things like this: resources/nj22/coords/metar2ncSynoptic.ncml make me a little nervous, who knows how twisty resource loding gets?
