Yeah... I'm on a 100mbit link and the initial fetch took; I guess
maven repos have a bandwidth cap (maybe for central europe only ;).

Is there a way to setup an ivy resolver so that local .m2 repo could
be used as a primary source of JARs? I know nothing about ivy but I
saw it does have these customizable resolvers:

I have tons of jars in .m2 - why not reuse this.
