Improve AllGroupsCollector implementations

I think that the performance of TermAllGroupsCollectorm,
DVAllGroupsCollector.BR and DVAllGroupsCollector.SortedBR can be improved by
using BytesRefHash to store the groups instead of an ArrayList.
