updated patch: fixing all broken links and any other outdated stuff i can find,
as well as duplicate license header.
As much as possible, i changed all links to be javadoc links so this should be
much easier in the future, as the javadocs task will fail if things are screwed
up.
Additionally this page *dangerously* linked to
http://svn.apache.org/...trunk/demo source code files which is just asking for
broken links / changed APIs. I changed demo/ to use -linksource and we just
link to its javadoc'ed source instead.
I will commit this soon, and keep the issue open to fix other similar broken
package.html's with "raw" href links in lucene core.
