Description: Need the ability to support grouped range and query facets.
Grouped facet fields have already been implemented in SOLR-2898 but we still
need the ability to compute grouped range and query facets. (was: Need the
ability for range and pivot facet queries to operate over a grouped docset. We
can already get the grouped counts for facet.field but still need the ability
for facet.query to operate on a grouped docset.)
