The other case I was interested in is if I do "ant clean test", it is smart
enough to go and fetch the new jars, but I have to manually do the resolve. And
it would be nice if ant eclipse was triggered in that case as well. In other
words, anything that caused jars to be updated should do resolve and eclipse.
