Nagendra & Lyubov: can you please try these same steps using a stock Solr 3.6,
or trunk (using softCommits if you'd like to test out the NRT) and report back
which version/build you tested and wether you can reproduce the same problems?
Given that all of the exceptions you've mentioned seem to relate to the
IndexInput or IndexReaders already being closed, i'm suspicious that perhaps
the solr-ra add-on code is improperly/prematurely closing something.
