Good point, Uwe -- the problematic jars are junit4 and randomized runner --
these are required for tests though... so I think it's in the gray area
somewhere because they will need to be distributed (if tests are distributed)
and at the same time they could be loaded from ivy cache?
What's your opinion on this?
