{{NRTCachingDirectoryFactory}} currently hard-codes the values for
{{maxMergeSizeMB}} and {{maxCachedMB}} it uses when creating a new
{{NRTCachingDirectory}} instance. These values should be configurable in the
usual way via {{solrconfig.xml}}.
