The list of changes since 4.0-ALPHA is pretty large: lots of important bugs were fixed. This passes the smoketester (if you use it, you must use python3 now), so here is my +1. I think we should get it out and iterate towards the final release. P.S.: I will clean up JIRA etc as discussed before, so I don't ruin Hossman's day.
