Hi, I opened https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-5193 about the HTML mails from JIRA going to dev@lao. They already changed the default eMail format to TEXT, but for some reason the mail to some of the mailing lists are still HTML. I hope, they solve this soon.
