Description:
Have the ability to enable and disable the index replication from the solrj
component.
*NOTE:* "enablepoll", "disablepoll", "enablereplication", and
"disablereplication" are all supported "commands" for the /replication handler,
so this can already be done from SolrJ -- all that is really needed for this
jira improvement is a convenience method, and posisbly automated code for
looping over multiple slaves when enable/disable polling.

There is no indication that anyone is actively working on this issue, so
