About the lucene-core POM inclusion of the sonatype repo, I found this in the svn log:
----- LUCENE-3808: Maven configuration: The lucene-core module needs randomizedtesting dependency independently from the test-framework module, since under maven, lucene-core includes test-framework source instead of depending on the test-framework module ----- Since lucene-core no longer includes the test-framework source as of yesterday (LUCENE-4365), I think you're right, Dawid: mention of the sonatype repo can now be removed from the lucene-core POM. But now I see randomizedtesting jar is referenced from: test-framework lucene-core (this seems like a bug since it's a transitive dependency from test-framework anyway) master pom.xml (dependencyManagement section). I assume adding sonatype to the master pom should fix the issue; am I right?
