idea-build from the top-level? i'm just looking at the svn-ignored patterns we
have already.
we could try to clean it up some too: I don't think anything should use build/
from top-level (a relic?)
and its probably possible to fix eclipse to use eclipse-build or something
rather than bin/ so we know
better what is going on.
