Can you try the attached patch if it brings back the test to speed?
If this solves the issue, we should fix some other tests (5 or so, most solr
tests use correctly 127.0.0.1) to use the localhost ip adress directly.
The problem here is known to me, that resolving localhost on IPv6 enabled
machines is slow and often causes problems. It looks like OS-X seems to go
through DNS to get the ip adress (maybe it no longer has /etc/hosts).
Don't ask me why this is a problem, but I was fighting against that several
times (especially windows machines), so don't care and use the ip adress, we
already do this in most othe tests.
