While working on SOLR-3788, i realized that the main/left list of cores
needs/should also be updated when a new core is created / an existing core is
deleted, which is right now not the fact.
On a first quick look that should not be that hard, hopefully we can reuse
existing functionality from app.js, which already generates a list of cores
when the UI is initialized.
