Working on SOLR-3879 I noticed that the solr.war appears twice in our released
.tgz/.zip binary artifacts:
* example/webapps/solr.war
* dist/apache-solr-4.0.0.war
It's of course a big file (~15 MB for 4.0.0) so it would be best if we could
only include it once ... but maybe we do this so the example is easy to run?
Seems silly though ...
Definitely NOT a blocker for 4.0.0... (eg 3.6.0 also dups the WAR).
