Resolution: Fixed
I committed the current approach for trunk to fix it 4.0, too!
We should make the other features like Hoss suggested in the separate issue
about cleaning up tasks. For now I only take care of root build.xml does *not*
run test by default. This confuses users completely that download the
solr.src.gz and type "ant" after extracting (so we must fix for 4.0, too).
