The problem with optimize is not the name. The problem is that the Solr admin 
panel suggests that we optimize often. In a Solr admin panel click the name of 
your index ("collection1" for instance) and what do you see? A big "Optimize 
Now" button alongside a graphical indicator that the index is not optimized.
