In the past I could put a jar file in /collection1/lib and have it autoloaded,
but in the new ZK world I can't. If we are going to have special rules on how
cores work, maybe we should deprecate this autoloading of jars? I did take a
stab at trying to load a jar from ZK, but it was a total mess. I am going to
paste my diff though in case others want to offer up suggestions.
