Servlets this works 100% and used in all my servlets I ever wrote.
I can guarantee you that this won't always work (there were/are servlet
containers that parse parameters eagerly in which case that call is ignored).
You can double check in the J2EE spec if you want but I'm pretty sure there are
no guarantees about when URI parsing/ parameter decoding takes place.
