We have no chance to do this, unless we add our own HTTP layer, e.g. with
Netty. Tomcat and Jetty are only required to parse HTTP headers and the request
line with US-ASCII.
But we can fix the correct URLs by disallowing the forbidden APIs above. In
addition I only have to fix ZookeeperInfoServlet, the remaining stuff is fine.
