[~mange] mentioned in SOLR-4079 that on a large screen (common or not ;)) the
layout is a bit odd, because the sidebar has a fixed with of 150px and
therefore only the content area grows on the screen.
if possible, we should use percentage values also for this (already done for
some other areas of the layouts) so that it's really flexible and uses provided
screen width
