This Patch incorporates SOLR-3638 as well as the UI-related part of SOLR-3980
Instead of populating a complete list of all cores the new approach would be
using Chosen (as we already do for the Analysis- and the Schema-Browser-Screen)
which needs much less space and provides a type-a-head search for the cores as
well.
[~yriveiro] we talked about this on IRC, [~erickerickson] that patch should work
The Patch might require a bit tweaking here and there, but thoughts are welcome
