I get these in my log occasionally because a client (usually the load balancer) 
times out.  I'd be OK with WARNING level if it's a one-line message.  IMHO, if 
a user is seeing major flood of these messages in the log, they are operating 
in an error condition and need to either raise their timeouts or do performance 
optimizing.  For that reason, WARNING makes a lot of sense.  I understand the 
motivation behind making it INFO, but I don't think that's a good idea.
