Hoss Man resolved LUCENE-4807.
------------------------------
Resolution: Not A Problem
TermRangeQuery.toString() uses square brackets to denote inclusive bounds and
curly braces to denote exclusive bounds. boundary types can be mixed, so a
toString value of "lastmodified:[19700101000000 TO 20130228202438}" is
conveying that it is inclusive of 19700101000000 and exclusive of
20130228202438.
> toString of TermRangeQuery ends with "}" instead of "]"

> Create a TermRangeQuery, then toString it, you'll get something like this:
> +lastmodified:[19700101000000 TO 20130228202438}
> The last character is wrong. I came across this when I tried to parse a query
> based on the toString of a TermRangeQuery.
