Attachment: LUCENE-4859.patch
Patch adds these methods to IndexReader, AtomicReader, BaseCompositeReader and
FilterAtomicReader. I also removed MultiFields.totalTermFreq as it already
existed on IndexReader. I added tests to TestDirectoryReader.
