I beefed up tests (to try varying numbers of terms and varying numbers of
minShouldMatch and to verify scoring) and things are looking good.
However with the new tests I'm managing to hit the assert in
minHeapRemove "subScorer should always be found" in some cases...
It seems like the assert is invalid in some corner case?
If i just disable the assert, the test passes with many iterations (correct
matching and scoring).
Could it just be the case where a scorer became exhausted in next() or
advance(), and is already removed from the heap?
