currently the integration started out very simple (as custom highlighter class
with minimal options, mostly not query-time or per-field).
But recently we made this a lot more flexible in lucene (e.g. added various
per-field options), so i'd like to add a better/more powerful mapping to more
of the existing highlighting parameters.
I still plan to keep it a custom highlighter rather than tossed into the crazy
bipolar DefaultSolrHighlighter mess, but this will make it easier to use.
