Description: For bug SOLR-4210. remoteQuery() have some issue in tomcat.
it's ok in jetty but not work in tomcat(maybe some other web server too) cause
the IOUtils.closeQuietly(os) wouldn't flush before close . this lead a "Bogus
chunk size" error cause the transfer-encoding is chunked and also the
"Content-Length" was set to non "-1". so we should invoke flush() explicitly
before close. (was: For bug SOLR-4210. remoteQuery() have some issue in
